What should I do when my product has become faulty?(EU only)

In Europe:

Within the first 2 years after purchase, please return your faulty product to your dealer or reseller for a replacement/refund. If your Cooler Master chassis came with one of our power supplies pre-installed, please return only the failed power supply.


If the product was purchased more than 2 years ago but is still within warranty, please submit a support ticket herefor assistance and instructions.

Note!
Cooler Master will not accept returns without prior approval and a RMA number.
