I plugged the dongle into a USB port on my PC, opened MasterPlus+ Software, and it shows “No Compatible Device Supported.” What should I do?

To connect the MasterPlus+ software and update the MM731 FW to the latest version, please toggle the bottom switch to 2.4GHz mode and make sure the dongle is plugged into the PC.

The MasterPlus+ software will automatically read the current FW version of the MM731 when connect the MM731 in 2.4GHz wireless mode, and pop out to tell you to update the FW.
