How to Print RMA Return Form (Canada and USA Only)

1) Login to your CM Fanzone account

https://account.coolermaster.com/LogOn.aspx

2) Click on RMA Status link in the left hand menu.

3) Cick on the RMA No.

4) Click the printer icon in the Print RMA Request Form

5) Cut the RMA Request Form as indicated by the dotted line and Scissor image

6) Place the top of form in the box with the product.

7) Attach the bottom part of form to the outside of the shipping box.
