How to delete my CM Fanzone account?

To delete your account:

1. Sign in to the CM Fanzone with your account – https://account.coolermaster.com/

2. Click ‘SUPPORT’ on the left navigation menu, or visit the link -  https://account.coolermaster.com/Modules/eRMA/Member/Support.aspx

3. Click the icon of ‘Request Support Ticket’ or visit the link - https://account.coolermaster.com/Modules/eRMA/Salesforce/CreateCaseNew.aspx

4. Input the ‘Delete account’ on Subject, and then click the ‘SUBMIT’ button.

5. Our service team will remove your account (3-5 working days) after received the application.
