CK721 Cannot be Connected at all with PC, Tablet or Phone in 2.4 GHz Mode


Try the following steps to fix issues with your CK721 in 2.4 GHz mode

 

STEP 1

Make sure the operating system of your device is compatible with the keyboard

  • Window® 7 and above
  • macOS 10.2 and above
  • iOS 9 and above
  • Android 6 and above

 

STEP 2

Set your CK721 and Enter “Pairing Mode”

STEP 3

Complete the pairing on your PC, Tablet or Phone

Make sure to follow the pairing steps and indicator and Enter keys light up with a solid GREEN light for 3 seconds, the pairing is successfully complete.

CK721 Has Already Been Connected, but Frequently Gets Disconnected or Laggy

Dely When Using The Keyboard CK721 subjects to RF interference from other sources, such as other wireless devices, mobile phones, and so on.

Potential hardware issue (Keyboard, Batteries or Dongle)

 

Troubleshooting CK721 Connection

  • Update to the latest firmware version via MasterPlus+ software in both Wireless and Wired mode. For more details, please visit here
  • Make sure to move the dongle closer to the keyboard, and connect directly to the PC.
  • Keep other wireless devices away from the CK721 or dongle to avoid RF interference.
  • Relocate the dongle from the back of the PC to a front port for better connection.
  • Unpair/Repair the CK721 by the steps found here.
