- Support the Amazon team on all elements of the department.- Provide excellent daily administrative support.
Role & Responsibilities- Support the Team on the daily processing of orders, disputes, reconcile and create credit notes, etc.
Become cross trained for all aspects of the entire Amazon business, including RMA processing, Marketing activities, etc.Operational Experience/Academic Qualification.
- Educated to middle-level vocational education or equivalent (MBO/HBO-level)
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in a support role in a sales/marketing environment.
- Outgoing person who is capable of working with cross functional teams.
- Fluency in (Business) English is preferred.
- Prior experience in working with Amazon is considered a big plus.
- Responds quickly to internal and external customer/client requests and needs as a priority.
- Anticipates changing customer needs and seeks to create value for the customer.
- Proactively supports colleagues and collaborates with them to help achieve targets.
- Seeks out and acts on both internal and external customer/client feedback.
- Enthusiastic personality, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills who is used to work in a fast pace environment.
